Camibar

Prioria copaifera Griseb.
Nicaragua to Colombia
Fun factCativo wood dries quickly with almost no checking or warping, which is unusual for a tropical hardwood and helped make it a major plywood and veneer timber.

A tall legume tree of lowland wet forest and swampy ground from Nicaragua to Colombia, where it often grows in nearly pure stands. It develops a long, clear trunk and is one of the most important timber trees of the region, its light brown, straight-grained wood being used for veneer, plywood and joinery.
